I provide a therapeutic experience best aligned to each client's needs by training with trauma research leaders. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive, safe environment to protect and respect client privacy. My personal experiences as a military child/spouse and adoptive/foster parent provide me with first hand insight into issues of trauma, transition, and family relationships. I'm passionate about helping people experience post-traumatic growth.
